Outline for Proverbs 4:1-27

Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.

Proverbs 4:7

This outline is intended to be used in conjunction with the School of Wisdom podcast found HERE on YouTube. However, don’t let that stop you from using it for your own personal use. I am glad to provide these to you free of charge.

The School of Wisdom Bible study examines the book of Proverbs chapter by chapter for 31 weeks or until I’m done, which ever comes first. You can jump into the lessons at any point. By way of the power of podcasting, you can start at the beginning or study a chapter(s) of interest to you.

Proverbs chapter four has three “My Son” lessons, two of which come with a promise. Look for the promises as you study the chapter. Wisdom is the focus of the chapter; its importance and its benefits. Wisdom has the ability to keep the learner from the evil man and his ways. Notice the four fold command in verse fifteen.
