Teach me, I stand on Olivet gazing into heaven after you,
O Lord, why am I so timid in Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria?
The way of a witness is obscured by my cloudy fear,
Thy statutes spark a flame;
And I shall blaze brightly in the darkness of the uttermost.
Keep it lit, O Lord, dry the sin dampened fuel,
Unto the end of looking, when I descend Olivet.
