The Pastor’s Letter – September 21, 2021 – Standing Before Saul

Wherefore Saul sent messengers unto Jesse, and said, Send me David thy son, which is with the sheep.

1 Samuel 16:19

Dear Church and Friends,

Do you feel confused about why you are where you are? I’m sure David felt that way too! He’s in Saul’s court to be the medicine for Saul’s madness. The Spirit of the Lord placed him there and He has placed you where you are! Be medicine for the madness around you. Jesus said we would be salt and light.

Prayer Request: Scott and Briana Underhill, Clarion, Pa.

  • Scott and Briana Underhill are collegiate missionaries serving the staff and students at Clarion University in Clarion, Pa. “Pray for us as we restart with students on campus post-pandemic. Pray for us as we renew relationships with faculty and staff. Pray for the rebuilding of our campus now that Clarion University has merged with Edinboro and California Universities.
