The Lord hath cast off his altar,
No more whole burnt offerings,
No more sin offerings,
No more trespass offerings,
No more peace offerings.
No more.
He hath abhorred his sanctuary,
No more laver,
No more incense altar,
No more shew bread,
No more candlestick,
No more.
He hath given up into the hand of the enemy
The walls of her palaces;
No more fortress,
No more towers,
No more Suq,
No more upper rooms,
No more.
They have made a noise in the house of the Lord,
As in the day of a solemn feast.
No more children singing hosanna,
No more sound of bridegrooms and brides,
No more festal shouts,
No more tables being overturned,
No more.
