Lamentations 3.12 ~ Arrows

He hath bent his bow, 
If he turn not, 
He will whet his sword; 
He hath bent his bow, and made it ready.
And set me as a mark for the arrow.
He hath also prepared for him the instruments of death; 
He ordaineth his arrows against the persecutors.
Of whom, I am chief.
