The church was not to be a lay-about bunch doing nothing, but was to be engaged in employment to as to produce for the necessary things of life.

My blue and scarlet thread blending into purple spoke of the one who would be both God and man. The coming one who would be prophet, priest and king.

Let us then carry to him our crimson sins, not doubting but that they shall all be purged away.
