Remember, everyday that Joseph woke up in Potiphars house he was a slave, but he went to work and did his best for the man who enslaved him. The Lord blessed that attitude and resolve.
This chapter provides us with three My Son statements and at least ten commandments directed to the learner in the School of Wisdom. (I’ve only marked eight commandments. See if you can discover the other two. Maybe you’ll find more.)
Proverbs 2:1-22 is our subject today. Here we are introduced fully into the School of Wisdom. Our father/teacher instructs us on our conduct in the school.
They never expected so much excitement and action to come from a trip to a graveyard. Usually those are quiet places. Jesus turned that quiet place into a place of angel words.
