Make the broken whole, O Lord. Thy face glows with tender lovingkindness, To shine upon dark, shadowed hearts. Upon your word we lean, Thy servant, thy hand, thy heart, all warm, And blindness flees the sparking of grace. Teach me patience, thanksgiving, kindness, hope, Thy statutes shield me from the vain bell tolling.
